- Return Period
Customers can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Orders exceeding the return period may not be processed.
- Return Conditions
Returned goods must meet the following conditions:
The goods are not severely damaged.
The goods are in basically intact condition.
The packaging is as intact as possible.
The goods do not affect secondary inspection and processing.
If the goods have quality problems, please contact customer service for assistance.
- Refund Processing Time
After receiving and confirming the returned goods:
Refunds will be processed within 3 days.
The actual arrival time may vary slightly depending on the payment institution.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment account.
- Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be processed in the following situations:
Goods damaged by human error
The return period has expired.
The goods are missing major parts.
Problems caused by abnormal use.
Special Note
Due to continuous losses in long-term operations, the merchant is currently conducting a clearance sale at a loss.
Some clearance items have limited stock and may not be restocked after they are sold out.
